The Grill Eden-Roc is the most relaxed of the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc's dining venues, set directly beside the hotel's legendary saltwater infinity pool that was blasted out of the seaside rocks in the 1920s. The atmosphere is sun-drenched and buoyant, a contemporary brasserie where guests in resort wear gather for long, leisurely meals overlooking the open Mediterranean.
The menu is designed for grazing rather than formal dining, with a fish bar offering ceviche, carpaccio, and tartare, a salad bar with king crab preparations, and hearty mains like grilled lobster, roast sea bass, and the famously indulgent truffle butter croque-monsieur. The cooking is confident and flavorful, pitched perfectly for a day spent between pool and sea.
One of the Grill's most distinctive features is its no-reservation policy: everyone queues, whether you are a film star or a first-time visitor. This egalitarian approach adds to the convivial atmosphere. Like all Hotel du Cap venues, it operates seasonally from approximately April to October.
